The Feng Shui Bagua map, a guide to energy in your home, designates the far-right corner of any space as the area connected to love and relationships. By enhancing this space and other key areas, you can invite the energy of love into your life. Here’s how to get started:

Health is not just the absence of illness — it is balance. In Feng Shui, the center of the Bagua, known as the Tai Chi, represents vitality, harmony, and wholeness. When the center is clear and strong, every other part of your life flows. When it’s cluttered or stagnant, all areas — from relationships to prosperity — feel out of sync.

To understand how to strengthen our health chi, we can look to sacred places around the world that embody balance, stillness, and vitality. These sites act as mirrors, reminding us how to return to our own center.

    Practice: Stand tall, feet rooted, crown lifted. Imagine yourself as a pyramid — strong, balanced, and aligned.
  2. Kyoto, Japan — Zen Gardens
    In Kyoto, Zen gardens invite clarity. Rocks, sand, and moss are arranged with simplicity, creating harmony for the mind and spirit.
    Practice: Sit in silence, real or imagined. Ask yourself: what clutter can I clear from my space and from my heart to let health flourish?

    Nestled among piñons and junipers, this Japanese-inspired spa offers hot water, fresh mountain air, and deep renewal.
    Practice: As you soak or shower, imagine stress flowing out with the water. With each breath, invite fresh chi into your body.
