Balance, focus, and productivity are important in any office. Moving the chi in a cubicle can make you feel balanced and harmonious with your surroundings.
Here are some easy suggestions to incorporate into any space:
- No Clutter: Energy must flow easily through any space so making any workspace free of clutter is important for focus and to clear out any unnecessary stress.
- Color: Bring in some color to the space to promote the energy you wish to accomplish. Green improves health and balance; Blue is calming; Yellow is grounding; Red is action.
- Bring in Nature: Especially if there isn’t a window, bringing in plants can help you feel grounded.
- Support Your Body: When you are comfortable in your body, you are comfortable in any space. Make sure your chair supports your back and your desk suits your height. When your mind isn’t focused on pain, your brain can focus on work.
- Desk Position: If you can, move your desk to a commanding position so you can clearly see anyone who enters your space. This gives
you the advantage of controlling your space. - Clean Desk: Set the chi for the next day by cleaning off your desk and emptying the trash before you leave.
- Inspirational Quotes: Raise the inspiration chi by printing out your favorite quotes and placing them in your view.
- Travel Photos: Bring in the chi of joy with photos from past trips. Feel inspired as you recall the sights and feelings you had on these special adventures.
- Your Personal Chi: Check your personal chi every day to see what you are bringing into your space. If you are feeling stressed reset your chi by taking a break and walking around.
When your space is designed to support your needs, you in turn will thrive in that space. Moving your chi will set you up for a day filled with happiness and success.

Using the energy modality of Feng Shui and your home let’s bring in some love by activating that power section of your home which is the farthest right corner of your space. Perhaps bring a bouquet of pink or red flowers, bring in some pairs like chairs or pillows or candles, and remove all photos of single people in this section. I feng shui’d a woman’s house once and in this section, she had one angel and one Lady of Guadalupe, and one butterfly. So, we grouped two angels, and two butterflies and we put Diego with the Lady of Guadalupe.
All of y’all that aren’t in a relationship with a partner, you still are in a relationship with yourself. So, here’s to celebrating you and all that you are. And one piece of advice to this group – wait for someone who loves you differently. One who can see the fire in your soul, the child in your laugh, and the ocean in your heart.

Like all matter, crystals give off their own unique frequencies. However, crystals are special in that their atomic structure forms so organized that their frequencies are extremely balanced. Crystals are incredibly harmonic- naturally. So when an unbalanced chakra interacts with the balanced energy of the crystal that is always operating at the desired frequency, it can influence that chakra. Like a hug from a friend when we are feeling down or like a deep breath when we are feeling overwhelmed, the unbalanced chakra can be pulled back into an optimum frequency when interacting with the right crystal.
