Don’t you love this kitchen? I do! What a wonderful use of space and sitting at the table feels as if you are eating outside.
Wherever your kitchen is, it represents your health and wellness. So it is critical that your kitchen is free of clutter, so the chi can freely flow; no broken items to break the chi; and like this kitchen, bring in some healthy plants which represent growth.
Having all five elements present balances the chi. This kitchen has earth in the plants; wood from the material of the table; fire from the light fixture as well as the sun shining in; water from the color black in the floor; and metal from the white walls.
How are you feeling? Is anyone chronically sick in your family? Look at your kitchen first.
